These Terms cover use of https://bindesk.0arch.io and paid BinDesk pilots. By submitting a pilot request or paying for service, you agree to them.

What BinDesk is

BinDesk provides lead capture and booking follow-up tooling and related ops support for dumpster / roll-off and adjacent home-service businesses. It is not a full hauler ERP, legal advice, or a guarantee of revenue.

Pilots and pricing

• Starter: $1,500 per month.
• Growth: $1,500 setup + $2,500 per month.
• Paid pilots are closed in writing (email). Scope, covered hours, and start date are confirmed before billing.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate lead sources, service areas, and pricing rules.
• Do not submit unlawful content or attempt to break the service.
• You remain responsible for your customer relationships, permits, and dispatch decisions.

Performance

"Under 5 minutes" applies during agreed covered hours for supported inbound channels once those channels are connected. Outside covered hours, leads queue. Results vary by your market, offer, and response capacity.

Disclaimer

The site and service are provided as available. We do not promise uninterrupted uptime or specific booked-job counts.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, BinDesk is not liable for lost profits, lost leads, or indirect damages. Our total liability for a claim related to the service is limited to fees you paid us in the prior 3 months.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict rules.
