• Pilot form details you submit (name, company, market, email, phone, notes).
• Basic technical logs (IP, user agent, timestamps) from our hosting provider for security and reliability.
• Privacy-friendly traffic analytics via Cloudflare Web Analytics (no advertising cookies from us).

How we use it

• To reply to pilot requests and deliver the service you buy.
• To improve the product and prevent abuse.
• We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We use infrastructure providers (currently Cloudflare for hosting and email providers for outreach). They process data only to run those services.

Retention

Pilot and lead records are kept while we need them for sales, delivery, or legal obligations, then deleted or anonymized when no longer needed.

Your choices

Email getbindesk@gmail.com to request access, correction, or deletion of pilot data we hold about you.

Children

BinDesk is a B2B service. It is not directed at children under 13.
